Can I order a photo charm without ordering flower preservation?
Yes. Photo charms may be ordered on their own or added to a flower preservation order as a coordinating keepsake.
How do I upload my photograph?
Upload your photograph using the photo-upload field when ordering. Choose a clear, high-quality image with a little extra space around the person or subject so it can be carefully cropped to fit your selected charm shape.
What is included with my order?
Your order includes a personalized photo charm in the shape and finish you select. A necklace chain is not included.
How long will my photo charm take to complete?
Photo charms typically take 5–7 business days to create and package after I receive your completed photo form. Please order at least 1–2 weeks before you need your charm. The sooner you submit your information and photograph, the sooner I can begin.
What if my photo charm arrives damaged?
Because each photo charm is personalized, returns are not accepted. If your charm arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact me within three days of delivery and include photographs of the charm and its packaging. I’ll review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate next step.
Will my photograph be shared on social media?
Your photograph will only be shared with your permission. During checkout, you can choose whether I may share your finished keepsake, whether you would like to be tagged, or whether you prefer to keep it private.
How should I care for my photo charm?
Keep your photo charm away from water, prolonged direct sunlight, extreme heat, perfumes, and lotions. Remove wearable charms before bathing or swimming, and gently clean them with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
