Refund policy

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom flower preservation keepsakes, photo charms, and personalized jewelry from Buds Blooms and Blossoms are made-to-order pieces created specifically for you using your flowers, photographs, sentimental items, and selected design options.

Because of the personalized nature of these products, custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once work has begun, except in the case of an error on my part or an item that arrives damaged.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it and contact me as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

If your flowers, photographs, or other sentimental items have not yet been received and work has not begun, please contact me to discuss your cancellation and any refund that may be available.

Once your materials have been received and the custom creation process has begun, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be possible because time, materials, and custom services have already been dedicated to your order.

Natural Changes in Flowers

Real flowers naturally change during the drying and preservation process. Colors may deepen, lighten, fade, become translucent, or otherwise change from their fresh appearance. Some flowers may also change slightly in shape or texture.

These natural variations are part of preserving real flowers and are not considered defects or grounds for a return or refund.

Handmade Resin Characteristics

Each resin keepsake is individually handcrafted and poured in multiple layers. Small characteristics—including tiny bubbles, slight variations along the edges, small cavities, faint layer lines, or minor differences in flower placement—may occur as part of the handmade process.

Resin may also naturally develop an amber tint over time, particularly when exposed to sunlight or heat. These natural handmade and aging characteristics are not considered defects.

Design Approval

When applicable, I will provide photographs of your proposed flower arrangement or design before the final resin pour. This gives you an opportunity to request reasonable design adjustments before the piece is permanently created.

Once you approve the design and the final resin process begins, flower placement and design choices cannot be changed.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your completed keepsake as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged during shipping, contact me promptly after delivery. Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of:

• The damaged keepsake
• The shipping box
• The interior packaging
• The shipping label

Please keep all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require it for a claim.

I will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Incorrect Orders or Errors

If you believe you received an incorrect item or there was an error with your order, please contact me promptly so I can review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Because preservation keepsakes, photo charms, and personalized jewelry are custom-made using your flowers, photographs, sentimental items, or selected design options, exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges and other costs already incurred may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Buds Blooms and Blossoms.
