Shipping Your Flowers to Me
I accept flowers shipped from anywhere in the U.S. For the best preservation results, I recommend shipping your flowers as soon as possible after your wedding, memorial, or special event. Ideally, your flowers should arrive at my studio within 3–4 days of your event. The fresher your flowers are when they arrive, the better they typically preserve.
If you’re located near Cache Valley, Utah, you can also choose local drop-off instead of shipping.
After placing your flower preservation order, you’ll receive an email with my studio shipping address, Client Intake Form, a list of supplies to gather ahead of time, and step-by-step instructions for safely packaging and shipping your fresh flowers.
TIP: The days following a wedding or memorial can be busy. Consider asking a trusted family member, or close friend to package and ship your flowers for you.

SHIPPING TIP: Avoid shipping right before a weekend or holiday whenever possible. You don’t want your fresh flowers sitting in a warehouse or delivery facility longer than necessary.
SHIPPING CASCADING BOUQUETS: Consider using a longer box so the bouquet can fit comfortably without bending or crowding the flowers. Choose a box that gives the bouquet plenty of room, then gently fill the open space with packing paper to help keep it secure during shipping. How to Safely Ship Your Flowers:
1. Gather Materials
• Client Intake Form - Print, complete, and include it in your box.
• Sturdy cardboard box - A 14"×14"×14" box works well for most bouquets. Adjust the size as needed.
• Packing paper &/or packing peanuts -
No bubble wrap or plastic around flowers.
• Paper towels
• Rubber bands
• Ziploc bags
• Ice packs
• Packing tape
• Scissors
2. Flower Prep
• Remove any charms, ribbons, pins, or keepsakes. If you would like any of these items included in your resin preservation piece, place them in a separate baggie and include it in your box.
• Trim the stems at an angle with sharp scissors.
• Dampen the paper towels with water and wrap them securely around the bottom of the stems.
• Place a plastic bag over the damp paper towels and stems, then secure it tightly with rubber bands.
3. Box Prep
• Prepare the ice packs - Wrap ice packs in paper towels, place in Ziploc bags, and tape securely to the sides of the box.
• Add paperwork & keepsakes - Place your completed Client Intake Form and any charms or keepsakes in baggies inside the box.
• Create a bouquet nest - Roll packing paper into a nest and place bouquet upright inside. Cover the flowers with a paper towel and gently add packing peanuts to prevent shifting. Do not compress the flowers.
• Secure the box - Close the box and securely tape all seams.
• Label the box - Mark “THIS END UP,” “HANDLE WITH CARE,” and “FRESH FLOWERS.”
4. Ship to Studio
• Take your package to UPS or FedEx. Both offer reliable overnight shipping options and may have weekend hours.
• Ship your flowers overnight or two day shipping to help them arrive as fresh as possible.
• Send me your tracking number as soon as your flowers are shipped so I know they’re on their way.
