Welcome to Buds Blooms and Blossoms. These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to purchases made through Buds Blooms and Blossoms.
By accessing this website, placing an order, submitting flowers, photographs, or sentimental materials, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Buds Blooms and Blossoms specializes in custom flower preservation, handcrafted resin keepsakes, photo charms, personalized jewelry, and related products. Please carefully review these terms before placing an order or sending flowers or other irreplaceable materials.
CUSTOM AND HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Flower preservation pieces and other personalized products are individually handcrafted using real flowers, photographs, resin, and other customer-selected or customer-provided materials. Each finished piece is unique.
Because flowers are natural materials and each preservation piece is handmade, variations in color, shape, texture, placement, clarity, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
Small bubbles, slight variations along the edges, minor surface variations, small cavities, faint layer lines, or other characteristics associated with handcrafted resin work may occasionally be present and are not considered defects.
CONDITION OF YOUR FLOWERS
The quality and appearance of your finished preservation piece depend partly on the condition, age, variety, and color of the flowers when they arrive.
For the best preservation results, fresh flowers should be delivered or shipped as soon as possible after your wedding, funeral, memorial service, or other special event.
I will take great care when handling and preserving your flowers. However, I cannot guarantee that flowers will retain their exact fresh appearance.
Flowers that arrive wilted, bruised, damaged, moldy, discolored, frozen, overheated, or otherwise compromised may preserve differently than fresh flowers.
NATURAL COLOR CHANGES
Real flowers naturally change during the drying and preservation process.
Some flowers may become lighter, darker, more muted, translucent, or develop antique tones. White and very light flowers may develop cream, ivory, beige, or translucent tones. Other flower varieties may deepen or otherwise change in color.
These natural changes are part of preserving real botanical material and are not considered defects.
RESIN AND LONG-TERM COLOR
I use quality resin and carefully follow the manufacturer’s recommended processes to create beautiful, lasting keepsakes.
However, all epoxy resin may naturally develop some degree of yellowing or ambering over time. Exposure to direct sunlight, ultraviolet light, excessive heat, and certain environmental conditions may accelerate this process.
For the best longevity, preserved resin pieces should be displayed away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Natural aging or ambering of resin over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.
CUSTOM DESIGN AND DESIGN APPROVAL
Every flower preservation is unique. The design of your keepsake will depend on the flowers and materials available, the size and shape of the selected piece, your chosen design options, and the natural characteristics of your flowers.
When applicable, I will provide a design preview or photograph for your review before the final resin pour.
You are responsible for reviewing the proposed design and communicating any reasonable requested adjustments before giving approval.
Once a design has been approved and the final resin process has begun, placement and design changes may no longer be possible.
The completed piece may have slight differences from the design preview because flowers or botanical materials can shift slightly during the resin process.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customers ordering photo charms, personalized jewelry, or other photo products are responsible for submitting clear, suitable photographs.
The finished appearance depends on the quality, lighting, resolution, composition, and condition of the photograph provided. Some cropping, resizing, color adjustment, or conversion to black and white may be necessary to fit the selected product.
Colors and image appearance may vary slightly between a digital screen and the completed product.
By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you own the photograph or have permission to reproduce and use it for the requested product. You agree not to submit photographs or other content that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selected options, names, dates, photographs, finishes, shapes, and other personalization details before submitting an order.
PERSONAL AND SENTIMENTAL ITEMS
With prior approval, certain sentimental items may be incorporated into a preservation piece, including ribbon, jewelry, brooches, photographs, charms, or other meaningful keepsakes.
Customers are responsible for informing me of the sentimental or monetary value of any submitted items.
I reserve the right to decline materials that cannot safely or successfully be incorporated into a preservation piece.
Please remove any items you do not want included before shipping or delivering your flowers. Items intended for possible inclusion should be placed in a separate, clearly labeled, sealed bag.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Flower preservation is a detailed, multi-step process that may include receiving and preparing the flowers, drying, designing, pouring resin, curing, finishing, and packaging.
The estimated preservation turnaround time is approximately 8–12 weeks from the date your flowers arrive.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, flower condition, design complexity, resin-curing requirements, availability of materials, holidays, or circumstances outside my reasonable control.
Because quality preservation cannot be rushed, an estimated completion date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping transit time is separate from the preservation turnaround time.
SHIPPING FRESH FLOWERS TO BUDS BLOOMS AND BLOSSOMS
Customers who ship fresh flowers to Buds Blooms and Blossoms are responsible for packaging and shipping their flowers according to the provided instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their flowers to Buds Blooms and Blossoms unless otherwise specifically stated.
Shipping fresh flowers involves risks outside my control, including carrier delays, extreme temperatures, mishandling, loss, or damage during transit. Buds Blooms and Blossoms is not responsible for deterioration, loss, or damage that occurs while flowers are in the shipping carrier’s care or before they are received at my studio.
Customers should use tracking, select overnight or two-day shipping, and carefully follow the shipping instructions provided on the website.
SHIPPING COMPLETED KEEPSAKES
Completed preservation pieces may be picked up locally when available or shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping charges for completed pieces are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specifically stated at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and promptly reporting any address changes before an order ships.

PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on the website or provided through an estimate, invoice, or custom quote.
The final price may depend on the size and shape selected, number of pieces, design choices, additional keepsakes, personalization, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other requested options.
Any additional charges requiring customer approval will be communicated before being added to an order.
Payment must be made according to the terms provided at checkout, on the invoice, or in the customer’s individual agreement.
Buds Blooms and Blossoms reserves the right to correct accidental pricing, product-description, or availability errors. If an error affects an order already placed, I will contact you to discuss the available options before proceeding.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Because flower preservation pieces, photo charms, personalized jewelry, and other custom products are created specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
If your flowers, photographs, or other sentimental items have not yet been received and work has not begun, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss cancellation and any refund that may be available.
Once materials have been received and custom work has begun, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be possible because time, materials, and custom services have already been dedicated to the order.

DAMAGED ORDERS
Please inspect your completed order promptly after delivery.
If your finished keepsake arrives damaged, contact Buds Blooms and Blossoms promptly and provide your order number and clear photographs of the item, shipping box, interior packaging, and shipping label.
Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require them for a claim.
I will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
IRREPLACEABLE AND SENTIMENTAL MATERIALS
I understand that wedding flowers, funeral flowers, memorial flowers, photographs, and other keepsakes can carry tremendous sentimental value. Every reasonable effort is made to handle your materials with care throughout the creation and preservation process.
Flower preservation involves natural materials and handcrafted processes that carry inherent risks. Flowers may be fragile, damaged before arrival, react unpredictably during drying, or change during preservation.
Buds Blooms and Blossoms cannot guarantee that every flower or submitted botanical material will be suitable for preservation or survive the process exactly as expected.
If a particular flower or item is especially important to you, please notify me before work begins so I can take that into consideration when planning your design.
CARE OF YOUR FINISHED KEEPSAKE
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided for their completed pieces.
Resin keepsakes should be kept away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, extreme temperatures, and harsh or abrasive chemicals.
Resin pieces should not be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher. Do not place boiling-hot items on resin pieces. Resin coasters are best used with cold drinks.
Damage caused by improper care, dropping, impact, scratching, excessive heat, prolonged ultraviolet exposure, misuse, or conditions occurring after delivery is not considered a product defect.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND PORTFOLIO USE
Buds Blooms and Blossoms may photograph completed preservation pieces and other custom products for portfolio, website, social media, educational, and marketing purposes.
Personal identifying information will not intentionally be displayed without permission.
If you prefer that your completed piece not be photographed or shared publicly, please contact me before your order is completed.

All original photographs, text, graphics, branding, designs, and other content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Buds Blooms and Blossoms unless otherwise indicated.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, applications, social media platforms, and other service providers.
